RESISTANCE:
WATER - The material does not absorb water like wood does because of it’s density and PVC content: thus has greater resistance to weathering.
TERMITES - As the material cannot be eaten, it cannot be damaged by termites.
CHEMICAL - Chemical resistant. |

AESTHETICS:
Natural in colour and feel, with a grain and texture like wood, but can be varnished to give it a sheen or painted to fit in with design requirements.
Pigment can be added during production to give it a colour.

SAFETY FACTORS
NON FLAMMABLE - Flames will discolour the material but it will not catch fire, thus providing additional safety to wood. As the material does not burn,
is it less attractive to thieves taking your Ricycled material for firewood!
SPLINTER FREE - Poses less risk to users than wood.
NON SLIP SURFACE - Unvarnished, it has great anti-slip properties, so ideal for walkways and decking applications. |
