We are the manufacturers and suppliers of Ricycled material, with our HQ and production site in Malaysia
(close to the source
of the raw materials used to make Ricycled material). Our factory is under 50km from an International Port, so we are ideally
located to produce for export markets.
We can supply you with a high standard, high performance product across a range of requirements: at a very affordable price
compared with wood and other composites. |

Ricycled is the name of the multi-stage process that we have developed to produce this material: the main constituent of the material is recycled waste
rice husks.
The first batch of this material was produced about 10 years ago, but it has taken many further years of R&D by our engineer to develop a production process to offer commercial
scale volumes. |

Hector spent 22 years in BP Chemicals covering most facets of the business, manufacturing, operations, projects,
sales & marketing, supply chain and so forth. His last position with BP Chemicals was in Malaysia as Venture Manager of
the Ethylene and Polyethylene joint-ventures, which BP set up with Petronas, also sitting on board of directors of these two
companies. From 1995 to 2000 Hector was BP Business Manager for Synthetic Ethanol, a global role,
which brought him into contact with bio-fuels and biomass and sparked his interests in “natural products”.
Since leaving BP in late 2007, Hector’s business direction has been away from the green of BP to one of an environmental hue.
A 3.2MW Windfarm in Scotland has been constructed with plans for additional phases and possible Asian locations being actively progressed. |
